Delete your account

1.Delete it in the app

Open the Platter Catering app, sign in, go to Profile and tap "Delete account", then confirm. The deletion happens straight away.

2.Or ask us by email

If you no longer have the app, email contact@cateringplatter.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

3.What is deleted

• Your name, email, phone number and profile photo
• Saved addresses, saved cards, favorites and notifications
• Your sign-in sessions and the devices linked to your account

4.What we keep

If you placed orders, booked events or made payments, those records are kept without your personal details for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally up to seven years. Card details are held by Square, our payment provider, never by us.
